Like the institutions, I am prepaid, which means that my salary must be deposited so that it is available in my Nemkonto at least on the last workday of the month.
Payments will be due 12 times a year. In practice, it works like this:
The monthly grant from July 2020 amounts to DKK 7,549 net per year. Per month for children under 3 years (nursery children), the parents’ own payment is DKK 3,615 net per month.
The parents receive the municipal subsidy every month.
The grant is paid to the parents’ Nemkonto on the LAST weekday of the month and is paid in arrears. The parents transfer both their own payment of DKK 3,615 as well as the municipal subsidy of DKK 7,594 (DKK 11,209) directly to the child caregiver’s Nemkonto. The amount MUST be available on the account number provided no later than on the last workday of the month.
The FULL payment of DKK 11,209 covers the child caregiver’s:
Salary, diapers, disposable washcloths, wet wipes, all meals incl. a hot meal EVERY day, fruits, all supplies, materials, transport, activities, excursions and entrances to places such as Kube, Tivoli, Zoo, and more.
Note: The child caregiver’s salary is B-income. The child caregiver MUST pay labour market contributions which constitute 8% of the salary. I arrange for payment of B-tax and labour market contributions myself as well as other tax matters. The parent payment for private childcare is incl. food/fruit, diapers as well as excursions and more. No extra or unforeseen expenses. When signing the contract, the parents transfer a reservation fee for a place at Frb Private Daycare.
The fee will be offset against the parents’ first full payment of DKK 11,209, which must be transferred 14 days before the start date. Payment receipt: Each month, a receipt is completed as proof of payment. Each month, the receipt must be sent online via a form to the Pladsanvisningens INFOteam, which passes on the information to SKAT, who then calculates how much I will have to pay in tax per month.
